The Board of Directors of the Company comprises of Four members who have vast experience in the fields of Science, Technology and Management.

Mr. Srinivasan is an Engineering graduate with Masters in Management from IRMA Anand. He is also a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Mr. Srinivasan has handled various assignments spanning through a number of functional areas such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning, during his 20 years industrial experience.

During his 15 years tenure with Matrix Laboratories Limited, he has made significant contribution in expanding the Company's business in the areas of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Anti-retrovirals (ARV) and Finished Dosage Forms (FDF), through both organic growth as well as through Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Rajiv Malik
Director

Mr. Rajiv Malik brings with him over 24 years of rich experiences in generic pharmaceutical industry. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Mylan Inc., before which he was CEO of Matrix. Prior to joining Matrix, Mr. Malik was associated with Sandoz, the global generics arm of Novaritis, as its Head of Global Development & Registration, based at Vienna, Austria.

At Sandoz, Mr. Malik was responsible for its worldwide product flow, global project management, Development strategy for R&D, besides overall planning, strategizing, budgeting & resource allocation and necessary interaction with the customers. He was also responsible for overseeing the network of eight development centers of Sandoz worldwide.

Mr. Malik had a 20 year stint with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited before joining Sandoz in 2003, during which he has served as the Head of Pharma Research & Global Regulatory Affairs. At Ranbaxy, Mr. Malik’s responsibilities include development and registration of generics for US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and China.

Mr. Malik has Masters in Pharmacy from Punjab University. With about 60 formulation process patents and 10 publications in pharmaceutical journals to his credit, Mr. Malik has a thorough knowledge of global regulatory matters in the pharma industry. He is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, USA.

Dr. B.Hari Babu holds a Masters Degree and is a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Andhra University.

He started his Professional career with Research and Development, followed by working in Regulatory Affairs, QA and Production in Various API Companies.

Dr. B.Hari Babu is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Matrix and has assisted the company into becoming a world class manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry. He has also played an active role in getting significant approvals/accreditations to Matrix like the USFDA, TGA Australia, ISO 9000 approvals etc.

He has more than 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Sanjeev Sethi has a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in leading companies like Ranbaxy, Delhi (Formulations Development & IRA) & Sandoz, Vienna (Dy. Head R&D).

Mr. Sethi is currently the Head of Global Generics R&D, Mylan Inc. Prior to this, he was holding the position of Executive Vice President Finished Dosage Forms, Technical Operations at Matrix.

He has to his credit 40 international patents.
